You may return your fully functional and undamaged I.O.SHIELD products for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Original orders are limited to one charge of I.O.SHIELD color, model, or return for refund.
Non-redeemed gift cards and orders purchased with gift cards are not refundable.
To return your I.O.SHIELD product, please follow these steps:
Please submit a return request to our email office@ioshield.eu to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Carefully pack the product with all accessories originally included with your purchase so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We suggest using the original packaging if possible.
Mark the RMA number clearly on the original packaging and outside of the package.
Ship the product to the address we provide.
You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection. If the product is damaged or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, I.O.SHIELD reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge for any damage to the product and for any missing parts.

ZPM Coaching LTD is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, ZPM Coaching LTD will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
